I was born in Lyon, France in 1979. After studying architecture, I worked in different offices of both size and fame. Often frustrated by the work of an architect, I began to develop an artistic process as my outlet. This process helped me to express things which in architecture were impossible or incongruous. To create in a simple, economic, truthful, sincere, and impacting way. To try to give an emotion.
Because for me architecture functions to make people live like they are in a movie. And because making movies is art, then architecture is art. Architecture is simply to look at what surrounds us. To show what is not looked at and what is unspecified, without command nor rigourosity. To reveal the beauty of things and to expose what is not perfect.
Idealizing a rough, wild reality, I try to highlight all those details which reflect contradictions that society hides - the dialogue between the minuscule and the immense.
